Working with me is a simple, supportive journey designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life. We'll move through three clear phases, all online from the comfort of your own home. We offer individual wellness coaching for with a specialization in mom wellness.

Discovery Call

Your journey begins with a complimentary, no-pressure discovery call. This is our chance to chat, get to know each other, and see if we're a good fit. We’ll talk about where you are now, what your goals are, and how I can best support you. This call is all about connection and clarity—no strings attached.

Online Wellness Assessment

Once you decide you're ready to move forward, I’ll send you a comprehensive assessment to complete. This isn't a test; it's a way for me to truly understand your unique lifestyle, challenges, and aspirations. Your answers will become the foundation for your personalized wellness blueprint, ensuring our work together is tailored specifically to you.

Initial Coaching Session

With your assessment complete, we'll book our first official coaching session. This is where the real work begins! We'll dive into your goals, review your blueprint, and start building the simple, sustainable habits that will help you feel more energized, confident, and in control. This is the first step toward a healthier, more balanced you.
